Costa Bahía strives to become an increasingly environmentally friendly brand, which is why our modality is made to order. Once payment is made, the order goes into production and would be ready in a maximum of eight (8) business days for shipping.
The estimated delivery time for shipments in the main cities of Colombia is two (2) to three (3) business days and to intermediate cities or rural areas five (5) to eight (8) business days, these times are after the production time. Costa Bahía does not guarantee the change or update of the delivery address after the order has been paid by the user. Costa Bahía informs the user that the shipment was sent via email, therefore, in the event that the customer has any claim regarding not having received it, the user must contact and inform Costa Bahía within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving the shipping information email. In this case, Costa Bahía will carry out the respective investigation with the carrier to identify any possible error in the delivery, try to locate the package or, if necessary, Costa Bahía will respond for the order. After this established period of time (15 calendar days counted from the shipping notification), if the carrier provides proof of delivery and all the information is in accordance with what was requested by the customer at the time of purchase, Costa Bahía will not be held responsible for the package.
For shipments to countries other than Colombia, the user must contact our WhatsApp (+57 318 478 7646) to quote the shipping rate according to the information provided by the customer. Delivery times will be subject to the logistics operator.
Costa Bahía does not make changes or returns for size or color once the order has been paid and/or delivered to the user. If desired, the user can request personalized advice before making the purchase, through our WhatsApp line (+57 318 478 7646) about the designs and the choice of their size.
The user has eight (8) days from receipt of the order to make a warranty request. Warranty is understood to mean those changes that result from a factory defect in the product. Damages caused by normal wear and tear resulting from the use of the item, improper use or those resulting from not following the care instructions for the item will not be accepted under warranty. The user may make the request informed to Costa Bahía through the WhatsApp line (+57 318 478 7646) indicating the order number, explaining the situation presented and sending images or videos where the damage can be seen. Costa Bahía will study the request and provide a response within a period of up to five (5) business days. If Costa Bahía effectively determines that it is a factory defect, the exchange will be carried out under warranty taking into account inventory availability or with the refund of the money.
Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and have all tags, cups and original packaging, in the condition in which they were delivered, otherwise they will not be received. Taking into account Law 1480 of 2011, Costa Bahía is not obliged to cover the shipping cost corresponding to the return due to withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), the user may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase within five (5) business days from the delivery of the order by the carrier. To do so, the request must be made by informing Costa Bahía through the WhatsApp line (+57 318 478 7646) indicating the order number or purchase data. Costa Bahía will provide information to the customer so that they can send the item to their facilities and will review the product once it arrives to verify that the items to be returned are in perfect condition. Once this has been established, Costa Bahía will make the refund within a maximum period of five (5) business days from the date on which the returned product is physically delivered to the address provided by Costa Bahía for the withdrawal of the purchase. The refund will be made directly to the Bancolombia or Nequi savings account provided by the user.
