The estimated delivery time for shipments in the main cities of Colombia is two (2) to three (3) business days and to intermediate cities or rural areas five (5) to eight (8) business days, these times are after the production time.
Costa Bahía does not guarantee the change or update of the delivery address after the order has been paid by the user.
Costa Bahía informs the user that the shipment was sent via email, therefore, in the event that the customer has any claim regarding not having received it, the user must contact and inform Costa Bahía within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving the shipping information email. In this case, Costa Bahía will carry out the respective investigation with the carrier to identify any possible error in the delivery, try to locate the package or, if necessary, Costa Bahía will respond for the order. After this established period of time (15 calendar days counted from the shipping notification), if the carrier provides proof of delivery and all the information is in accordance with what was requested by the customer at the time of purchase, Costa Bahía will not be held responsible for the package.
