Prices: The prices of our products are subject to change at any time, without notice, prior to an order being placed by the user. Once the user has generated his order, Costa Bahía undertakes to maintain the purchase conditions established at the time the order was generated through the site.

It is noted that, when proceeding with the payment of a purchase through Wompi, and after presenting the summary of the purchase in the sales process, the user will leave the Costa Bahía platform for a moment and then re-enter it once the status of the payment is known (rejected or approved). Costa Bahía will send the user an email confirming the details of the purchase made. Subsequently, once payment has been confirmed, the user will receive an email confirming the order and this will be deemed to have been formalised.
In the event of payment problems or if the transaction does not pass the security validations, Wompi may determine, within a period of up to three (3) hours after the purchase, that the transaction was rejected and the generated order will be automatically cancelled. The user will receive a notification from Costa Bahía informing them that their order was cancelled.
