It is noted that, when proceeding with the payment of a purchase through Wompi, and after presenting the summary of the purchase in the sales process, the user will leave the Costa Bahía platform for a moment and then re-enter it once the status of the payment is known (rejected or approved). Costa Bahía will send the user an email confirming the details of the purchase made. Subsequently, once payment has been confirmed, the user will receive an email confirming the order and this will be deemed to have been formalised.
